Al-Yassa
Al-Mahi’s real
estate education started in 1988 when his
mother bought her first rental property. Al-Yassa
always wanted to be an investor
because of the lifestyle it
could provide. After realizing the
horrors of rental ownership by “bad tenants” that left the
houses trashed, he
turned his back on real estate investing.
Two
years after entering Corporate America, Al-Yassa was
ready to run back to real estate investing to get the true freedom he
was
after. After buying his first property
from his mother in 1997, he quickly acquired more property in the
Washington DC
